While the pockets catch the ball, the red goal net is weighted so it will rebound shots back if the players are off target.

With interchangeable colour coded targets on each pocket

The colour coded tabs allow the coach to tell the player where they want to aim for and this gives the coach a range of creative shooting drills. The colour tabs location can then be changed so the players cannot learn the location and then need to pick their heads up and look before they shoot
